From 1 January 2021, it will be green energy from wind power that makes the production run at LYNDDAHL. The investment comes as a natural part of our goal of reducing our impact on the climate and contributing to a greener future.
At LYNDDAHL “responsibility” is one of our values, and in that lies, among other things, an objective to take responsibility for the impact we have on the environment and the climate. Therefore, for many years, we have worked efficiently and structured with sustainability and energy optimization in all stages of our production. But also in the interaction with our suppliers and customers. This has resulted in two ISO certifications within energy and environment.
“The next step on our green journey is the transition from conventional to green energy” CEO Rasmus Lynddahl says and continues: “Running a production company requires a lot of electricity, and with renewable energy from certifies European wind farms, we will reduce our CO2 emissions significantly”.
The green investment means that LYNDDAHL will contribute to a more sustainable future. And the fact that we also help achieving another UN world goal, makes us proud.
