Today, we celebrate an impressive 15-year anniversary at LYNDDAHL for an employee who has been a source of inspiration to us all and a true fighter – Mads Storm Jespersen!
Throughout his 15 years at LYNDDAHL, Mads has not only contributed with his great professional skills and dedication but also with his incredible joy for life, strength, and helpfulness. His positive spirit and smile have been a constant source of motivation for all of us – even in the toughest times.
As a true fighter, Mads has faced major challenges in life, including a dramatic experience with cardiac arrest. But despite this, he has never lost his passion for work or his smile. Mads has shown us how to persevere through adversity and still make a difference, and his willingness to continue contributing to LYNDDAHL, even in a changed daily life, is something we all admire.
Today, Mads works with various ad hoc tasks, such as reviewing documents, approving ladders, and much more, continuing to bring his skills and experience to our team. We know that his family, wife, and little dog bring him great joy, and we are happy to see how he has found a balance that gives him the energy to continue being the inspiring person he is.
