At LYNDDAHL, we are part of VANA, which is a collective scheme aimed at ensuring that we can manage and comply with the legislation on producer responsibility for packaging, which will come into effect in 2025. At that time, the responsibility for all the packaging we, as a company, place on the market and throughout its lifecycle will rest with us – even after the packaging is empty and sorted by the consumer.
Together with VANA, we are equipped to engage in discussions with our customers and partners on how we can reduce the amount of packaging, choose better and more environmentally friendly packaging for higher recyclability, and ensure effective collection and handling of packaging waste to close the loop on the lifecycle of the packaging product.
