Responsibility in every decision

Action that creates lasting impact

At Lynddahl, environmental responsibility is a core part of how we operate. It is not just a promise – it’s an action. Every hose we design, every process we optimise, and every partnership we build is shaped by a commitment to reduce environmental impact and create lasting value for you, your business, and the world we share.

Because action matters.

Resource Optimisation

We focus on resource optimisation at every stage. By drawing on deep expertise in materials and manufacturing, we make hoses that use less plastic and energy yet deliver the durability and flow you need. From the very first sketch, we consider how each product can be reused or recycled at the end of its life. You benefit from smarter material choices, precise dimensions, and technical innovations that save resources and reduce costs without compromising on quality.

Value Chain Optimisation

Environmental considerations are integrated into every link of the value chain at Lynddahl. Focus is placed on responsible sourcing, efficient production, and ongoing improvements that minimise resource use and environmental impact. Through close collaboration internally and with partners, processes are continuously refined to ensure that both materials and methods support a more sustainable flow of resources. This approach reflects a commitment to act where it matters most and to take responsibility for the footprint left behind.

ISO 14001 certification

Lynddahl is certified according to the ISO 14001 standard, which documents that our environmental management system is firmly in place. This means that environmental considerations are integrated into all processes, methods, and products with clear goals and a continuous focus on minimising resource use and environmental impact. Our environmental objectives are part of everyday life, and all employees are familiar with them.

At LYNDDAHL, our environmental goals are included as a natural part of everyday life, and therefore, all our employees know them very well.

Lynddahl is part of VANA, a collective scheme that helps us meet the new requirements for producer responsibility on packaging. From 2025, we will be responsible for the packaging we place on the market—throughout its entire lifecycle. Together with VANA, we work to reduce packaging, select more recyclable materials, and ensure effective collection and handling of packaging waste. This supports a circular approach and helps close the loop on packaging.

As part of Operation Clean Sweep, we work actively to prevent plastic granules from entering the environment. Our production setup is designed to keep raw materials in the loop, and employees are trained to prevent, collect, and handle any spills. Up to 95% of surplus material is recycled into new products, and we prioritise raw materials free from phthalates and PVC.

Lynddahl discloses climate data through CDP, the world’s leading environmental disclosure platform. This transparency drives us to reduce emissions and safeguard resources, and it supports global efforts for a more sustainable future.

We use recycled pallets from PRS Pooling, made from certified wood. Our PRS Green Label certificate recognises our contribution to the circular economy and several UN Sustainable Development Goals. It’s a small but important step towards optimising resource use and protecting the environment.

Since January 2021, all Lynddahl’s operations have run on renewable energy from certified European wind farms. This is a key part of our ongoing efforts to reduce our environmental and climate impact.

At Lynddahl, transparency is not just a requirement – it’s a conscious choice to take responsibility.
