We are pleased to welcome Rikke Maj Ager as the new Chief Operations Officer at Lynddahl. Rikke joined the company on 1 March 2026 and brings 19 years of experience from the plastics industry, covering both operations, production processes and cross‑functional leadership.
Rikke is passionate about creating workplaces where people thrive, collaborate and take shared responsibility. She is driven by clear expectations, strong teamwork and an everyday culture where colleagues feel connected to the purpose of their work.
With a strong interest in AI, automation and efficient resource use, Rikke contributes valuable perspectives to our ongoing efforts to strengthen and future‑proof Lynddahl’s operations – from production flow to customer delivery.
