Dennis is a trained freight forwarder and has spent more than 25 years working within logistics, warehousing and transportation. Before joining Lynddahl, he spent 16 years at Logitrans, where he served as Warehouse and Transport Manager and gained extensive experience leading operations, coordinating logistics and developing efficient warehouse processes.
For Dennis, successful leadership starts with people. Creating a workplace where employees thrive, collaborate and enjoy coming to work is at the heart of his management philosophy. He believes that strong teams and a positive working environment are essential for delivering great results.
What also attracted Dennis to the logistics and warehousing profession is the variety it offers. No two days are the same, and he enjoys the balance between administrative responsibilities and practical, hands-on tasks. Whether it is planning, coordinating or stepping in to help when needed, Dennis appreciates being close to the day-to-day operation.
Known for his positive attitude, approachable personality and willingness to roll up his sleeves, Dennis is a leader who values teamwork and collaboration.
