Although Rasmus officially joined the sales department in 2005, his connection to Lynddahl goes back much further. As the son of the company’s founders, he grew up around the factory in Ribe and held his first role as a sweeping boy in the 1990s.
A journey through every department
When Rasmus entered the business, a generational shift began. Over the course of eight years, he worked across departments to gain a deep understanding of the company. At Lynddahl’s 40-year anniversary in 2013, he officially took over the leadership, while his father, Bjarne, stepped back from daily operations.
From 2013 to 2018, Rasmus shaped the company with respect for its family roots and a clear vision for the future.
Expansion and new ventures
In 2019, Rasmus led the acquisition of Mutag, marking the first major step in Lynddahl Group’s expansion. The Telecom division followed in 2020, and under Rasmus’ leadership, the group has continued to grow and evolve.
