In our department Group Operations, you can meet Lars, who is employed as #OperationsManager. He is educated #chemistryengineer, and takes pride in planning, managing, facilitating and optimizing our project flow and production lines at LYNDDAHL. At the same time Lars is helping to implement new equipment in our production and ensure compliance with our certifications. He loves having his hands in the machines and products as it gives him a better understanding of the issues we may meet.
He says: ”When I came to LYNDDAHL last year, I was surprised to discover how many exciting products you can shape and produce in thermoplastic. It is a fascinating material when you think of its physical properties and hence production possibilities.
